Narrova Commands

Slash commands are your in-scene direction calls inside Narrova. Type / in the message box to open the command picker, then use arrow keys and Enter (or click) to run a command.

Command behavior notes

  • Commands are single-token inputs. /compact works, while /compact now is ignored.
  • The picker is context-aware and only shows commands that belong in your current Narrova workflow.
  • /compact and Narrative Efficiency are linked. See Narrative Efficiency and Context compaction.

Quick workflow

  1. Type /compact when the thread feels crowded and responses start to blur.
  2. Continue in the same thread if the next response lands clean and focused.
  3. Use /new when the objective changes, then keep the same Storyform Context so the structural spine stays intact.
